ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY- Lengthening the school day Lengthen School Day ,should we lengthen school days or not. This is a question that many states have answered already, such as Chicago. There are a lot of reasons saying that we should or shouldn’t lengthen school.
The Reason that we should lengthen school days is that we could learn so much more from the extra time we have. There is no doubt that you can become something more just by having a little more time. Plus when a student previously came from the third grade they could learn the things that they were going to learn in the previous grade. So they would know most of the things in forth grade.
In conlusion , one reason that we shouldnt lengthen school days is because family,they matter too you wouldnt have time with our family if we lenghten the days of school .plus,our parents could be in a hurry but we cant do the assignment because we still have school and that would effect our future of being what ever we want when we grow up.
