By 2050 the whole ocean will no longer have any fish in it. We the human race will be effected by over-fishing. Marine scientists state, "Over-fishing can wreak havoc and destroy the environment and marine ecology and completely disrupt the food chain. For example, herring is a vital prey species for the cod." Over-fishing is when people fish to much of a species of fish that it cant reproduce fast enough. But we still have time to fix it so we can do something about it and we should start right know. It is happening all over the world which is kind of a problem. It is happening because we started factory's and made bigger nets and wanted to use them. We can stop it as soon as everyone gets the picture that we are destroying our oceans.
